Business Development Executives

Position 1 : Business Development Executives (Government Sales)
Position 2 : Business Development Executives (Corporate Sales)

Job Scope and Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for achieving the overall sales revenue and profitability targets for the respective sales sector.
  • To build, maintain and grow strong client relationships; grow the business with existing clients by identifying/ creating new service offerings,
  • To work closely with the Product Marketing Team in developing high impact sales promotions to enable effective customer engagement
  • To work on developing and implementing Sales and Account Management Plan.
  • To attend to customers sales enquires, understanding of different customer vertical segments and their requirements and proposing the appropriate sales plans to the customers
  • To maintain prompt communication and provide timely information to the customers.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma with at least 1 year sales experience in Business Development and Account servicing
  • Excellent communications skills and effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to up sell, offering value propositions to clients

Product Marketing Manager

Job Requirements
1) Product Sales and Marketing

  • To develop and drives the product marketing strategies and promotions to generate new sales in the existing new markets
  • To develop product and channel marketing programs to achieve the Sales & Marketing objectives as set
  • To develop and manage effective strategic alliances and business partnerships to address to the market needs
  • To develop & run advertising or promotional campaigns catering to the different sales teams
  • To conduct market research, analyzing competitors, so as to understand the product/market trends and dynamics
  • To effectively increase product awareness through various marketing campaigns and work closely with our respective channel partners to increase market segment share of the product
  • Responsible to strategically identify business opportunities for the development of new businesses and services

2) Product Management:

  • To provide strategic directions to the Sales teams in driving the teams to achieve the sales objectives
  • To manage the product pricing, setting and formulating the appropriate margins for the different price tiers of the product
  • To be responsible for negotiating for competitive pricing from the Supplier and Principal
  • To effectively maintain healthy inventory levels at all times to achieve the targeted sales and profitability level
  • To plan and regularly conduct product training for the channel partners and respective sales teams
  • To plan and assist in the management of the product trade fairs, events and road shows
  • To perform product sales forecasts to the management team
  • To provide support to the Sales teams pertaining to the Channel partners and customers product-related enquiries, quotation and sales leads
  • To generate the product marketing materials so as to facilitate sales calls for the sales team (Product Brochures, POP Materials, email blast…etc)

Job Requirements:

  • A recognized Degree in any Discipline
  • 1-2 years of Sales & Marketing experiences preferably from the I.T and related industry
  • Preferably strong sales background
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Outgoing personality, confident and energetic
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin

Retail Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • To promote and sell the full range of Company’s products to customers at the retail outlet
  • To follow-up with customers via phone calls, e-mails and sales visit
  • To update customers with regards on all sales promotion information eg: Products, Promotions, Programs, Rebates, etc. on time
  • To liaise with Product Persons on special pricing
  • Perform inventory and stock taking when necessary
  • To provide weekly sales inventory reports
  • Responsible for all sales related issues, loans, RMAs, PRAs, ARs, outstanding orders, complaints etc related to customers

Job Requirements:

  • GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels, SPM holders
  • Pleasant disposition

Assistant Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide network system consultation and services to external customer
  • Provide Local & Wide Area Network, Firewalls, Router, Switches, Internet, NMS (Network Management System) systems support/trouble shooting at all levels
  • Provide reports, documentation, and monitor network performance, network design and recommendations to the customers for upgrade/expansions
  • Perform user acceptance tests for network upgrade projects
  • User helpdesk, configuration, trouble shooting & technical support for PCs and peripherals

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in network and security administration and configuration
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills and ability to work on technical issues with vendors' technical assistance centers and oversee each problem until resolution
  • Experience in CISCO/SMC products such as router, hub, and switches will be an added advantage
  • Experience in CISCO/Netscreen/Fortigate/CheckPoint firewall will be an added advantage
  • CCNA, CCNP, CCSP and CCSA will be preferred
  • Possess creative ability, consulting & negotiation skills, credibility & self-confidence
  • Good team player with strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written)
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Independent and able to communicate effectively with users of different levels
  • Pro-active, dedicated, committed and responsible. A self-starter with strong customer orientation skill

Inside Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform inbound selling and servicing of existing customers
  • To attend to phone enquiries with regards to our company products
  • Receives and/ or places telephone calls and/or emails to handle all aspects of sales to accounts management, including solicitation, inquiries, negotiation and problem resolution
  • To be responsible for identifying needs of potential companies and come up with potential lists for follow-up/cold calling
  • Provide pre-sales preparation and after sales service support
  • To conduct research and tests as well as gathering market/competitive information to be feedback regularly to the Manager
  • To be responsible for all sales related issues, loans, RMA, outstanding orders, complaints etc

Job Requirements:

  • ‘O’ levels, Diploma, SPM holders
  • Preferably 1 year inside sales experiences
  • Possessed excellent communication skills with Good phone etiquette skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent follow through skills
  • Applicants without sales experiences will also be considered

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level with NTC 2 or ITC in Electronics (Computer Technology)
  • Those with relevant working experience in maintenance / repair of computer peripherals are preferred
